Shipping Policy

Free local delivery is available for orders over $80 within Singapore. For orders under $80, we charge $5 for local delivery.

Deliveries are made from 10am-10pm on every day of the week. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. 

Return & Exchange Policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We do not offer free returns for all seasonal products such as the Grandiore Christmas Hamper. You can, however, exchange your product for the same product, a different product, or get full store credit with no expiration.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Discounted/Seasonal itemsare final and cannot be returned or exchanged

  • Returned items must have labels still on and be returned in original packaging (if applicable)

  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use (if applicable)

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

  • Choose the products you wish to return or exchange from your order

  • Send all items back to us using your own delivery service

  • Send your delivery confirmation to us
